The Way To Success or 'TWTS' program by CEO Global is a premier, cross-cultural student leadership development program. Students are provided meaningful exposure to values that will lead to success, employment, and a broader range of positive and lasting influence in their community and profession.
The course focuses on students’ holistic development, and is structured thematically around topics such as self-understanding, positive values, and resilience. Seasoned business executives and experts in international education collaborate to build the TWTS curriculum and teach TWTS courses, resulting in a program rich in practical experience, real-world professional skills and mentorship opportunities. Graduates have a solid understanding of themselves as significant and responsible individuals, and understand their personal and corporate responsibility to others. They become positive influences in their daily lives and chosen professions, and are recognized for their personal character, employability, social responsibility and cross-cultural skills. Ultimately, TWTS aims to empower students to successfully and positively impact the world around them.
Personal transformation can only succeed in the context of relationships. That’s why CEO Global places such an importance on creating a culture of family within TWTS programs. The deep and authentic relationships formed among students, educators and mentors contribute to lasting and effective change.
The team designing TWTS comes from a broad variety of backgrounds, including high-level business executives and experts in international education. TWTS originates from practical experiences in the workplace. We hope that through TWTS, we can pass on our experience in leadership and true success to the next generation.

The Importance of Mentorship and Relationship
Personal transformation can only succeed in the context of relationships. That’s why CEO Global places such an importance on creating a culture of family
within TWTS programs. The deep and authentic relationships formed among students, educators and mentors contribute to lasting and effective change.
Rooted in Executive Leadership
The team designing TWTS comes from a broad variety of backgrounds, including high-level business executives and experts in international education.
TWTS originates from practical experiences in the workplace. We hope that through TWTS, we can pass on our experience in
leadership and true success to the next generation.
Three Core Areas of Change
CEO Global’s programs address three core areas of personal transformation. Illustrated metaphorically, we believe that change begins in a person’s mind as their understanding of integrity increases, then flows to the heart as they develop personal convictions of values, and finally to the hands as they reach out in compassion to serve others. TWTS is structured to reflect these stages: experiential learning, small group discussion, mentorship and service projects complement the classroom lectures to create a holistic learning experience. Lectures utilize a high degree of student involvement and appeal to many learning styles.
Understanding the TWTS Certificate Program
The TWTS Certificate Program is the primary activity that CEO Global USA offers on US university campuses. The TWTS includes on-campus workshops, peer mentor roles, extensive mentoring by local professionals, student led service learning projects. Students who complete the TWTS program will receive a certificate of Leadership and Global Engagement from CEO Global USA and in most cases, the host university.
The TWTS Certificate program is a semester long course conducted as a series of workshops and mentorship programs for university students. Participants learn to succeed in a social network of peers from different backgrounds, cultures and disciplines while also shaping their values and developing a commitment to the needs of the community.
TWTS is a strong learning environment that includes:
LEARNING THROUGH PEER MENTOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The Peer Mentor Leadership Training is a core group of peer mentors comprised of students who are selected to serve as student leaders in the TWTS program. Peer mentors lead small groups of students as part of the TWTS program on their campus. Students who request to be peer mentors must be either officers of the CEO Global Student Chapter or part of an approved group of students that are recommended by their university. Participating in the TWTS as a peer mentor is the perfect opportunity for students seeking to grow in leadership capacity and serve the community.
LEARNING THROUGH MENTORSHIP
Each student in the certificate program participates in a fixed small group facilitated by local professionals (Pro Mentors) and peer mentors. Our mentors are local professionals of all ages who have a passion for supporting students’ development. Mentors attend workshops alongside students, guiding small group discussions and facilitating workshop activities. In addition to working together as a team during course workshops, each group gathers independently for “mentorship meetings”. Mentorship meetings focus on deeper discussion of the course presentations, service project development, community outreach activities and student led interviews with mentors. Pro Mentor involvement gives students a valuable source of personal support and practical professional experience to supplement their academic learning experiences.
